Singapore top Japanese language school – Any Good Japanese language schools?

I have an interest in studying Japanese, and I’m not really sure where I should go to learn the language. Checked out a few japanese language schools like JCSS, Bunka, Ikoma etc. I was told that Bunka skips some fundamental grammar basics and stuff and I’m trying to check if this is true? Also which language school would you recommend for learning Japanese? Who is Singapore top Japanese language school?

I’m considering to take the JLPT tests too, what do you guys think?

The answer to that question is … It depends on what your end goal is. Doing well for JLPT has almost no connection to being actually good at speaking Japanese. I have friends who passed N1 who can’t answer even simple questions. Some schools focuses more heavily on JLPT and they do a good job of it too. All of their teachers are born and raised Japanese who move here to be teachers, so they’re strong native speakers. Some schools focuses more heavily on speaking.

Learning a language is a commitment and it will become an integral part of your life. If you do not put the work in, you will not be able to learn and improve as fast. At the same time as studying, try finding Japanese speaking partners or interest groups to practice speaking.
